Our minimum: is $100.00 plus supplies for Boulder,  Longmont, Tri-county  areas.

***To meet our minimum, you can add a small area rug or piece of furniture to make the minimum a better value for you, if you only have a small area to clean.   

$150 plus supplies for LOUISVILLE, AND Loveland

$200 Ft. Collins, and North Denver plus supplies

$250 South Denver areas plus supplies AND A GAS SURCHARGE OF $15.00. 

$300 plus supplies for Parker, CastleRock AND a gas SURCHARGE OF $20.00

 Vacuum only with powerful commercial hepa filter carpets: for allergy proofing and removing animal hair using the Host extractor Vac-- a powerful HEPA vacuum that removes more dirt/allergens than ordinary vacuumes.  .20 per sq. ft.

Carpets cleaned without furniture: .25 to .30 cents per sq.ft. (depends on type of carpeting and how dirty)

Carpets cleaned with furniture: .30 to .35 cents per sq. ft. 

Wool carpeting: .35 to .40 sq. ft. 

Dirty carpets or very thick carpeting:  .40

Restoration of carpeting: (very dirty carpets) : .40 to .50 cents per sq. ft.

Moving furniture:    We charge a fee for moving furniture, $10.00 per room  e; $20.00 per room if alot of furniture toys.  Very large items, pianos, very large sectionals, large hutch's $40.00 per item.  We use sliders that make it easy to move back and forth.  Since carpet is dry immediately, large items can be moved back after cleaned.  Making it so easy for you to get a better cleaning/allergy proofing for your home.

Restoration Plus: (color stains):  per stain $40.00 very large stains

Stairs: are priced at  $4.00 to $5.00 per stair (regular staircase is approx. $52.00)  

Carpet edges:  Often due to air flow or steam cleaning carpet, edges get very dark due to dust or dirt on light colored carpeting.  (Carpet edges are automatically cleaned along with our regular carpet cleaning pricing, however, sometimes the edges need to be cleaned more throughly due to certain issues.) We provide a special hand cleaning service charging .35 cents a ft. for cleaning edges.  

Special staircases: are priced according to design of staircase.

    Got Pet problems:

***$100.00 to $200.00 minimum for cleaning animal spots/urine or vomit.  We cannot guarantee results if urine is down in pad, baseboards or walls.  Host is a dry cleaning method, using no chemicals, to remove urine from the top of the carpeting. A wet enzyme product and deodorizer may also need to be used to help remove spot/odor. 

      Most urine can be removed easily if smaller animal has wet once or twice in an area; but, if urine has penetrated baseboards, floor boards, or down in pad, the job becomes problematic requiring further cleaning needs, such as: high power steam cleaning using chemicals, removal of the pad, and/or cleaning the back of carpeting.  After cleaning, urine smell may remain for a limited time until dry. 

Upholstery

*These are all estimates only. Dry or wet process is available depending on material/upholstery.

Pillows or pads for stools are $5.00 to $15.00

Mattress cleaning

Starting at 50.00 for twin, both sides--

$80.00 full size, $150.00 to $200.00 queen,

King, is $150.00 if two twins are put together, $250.00 plus if King is one mattress. *Very heavy to work with.

Dining chairs with back pad and seat are $20.00 to $30.00 per chair

Reclining chairs $60.00 to $80.00

Love Seats $90.00 to $100.00

Three seater couch $100.00 to $150.00

Sectional couch:  $150.00 to $250 (depending on size and amount of pillows)

Leather cleaning and/or conditioning also available

Removing/shaving fabric balls, waxing wood, small repairs on  furniture is also available with an extra cost.


Stone Tile

Notice: We do not strip or wax stone tile or restore other hardwood floors. 

We specialize in cleaning tile or natural stone including the grout without all that water that can break down the grout or seap into small cracks that may cause further damage.

Natural Stone $1.00 square foot

Stone/ceramic tile per Sq. ft. is $.75 per sq. ft. to $1.00 per sq.ft. depending on dirt, and build up

Areas around toilet. or under cabinets are $2.50 per Sq. Ft.

Area Rugs/Oriental rugs

     Area/orientals can be done in your home and ready immediately for use; we can pick up rugs or you can drop off at two locations 
Area rugs/oriental that are done by machines  (dry cleaning) $1.00 per Sq. Ft.
($.50 per Sq.ft. back of rug)    ***Rugs with fringe may be an extra cost if they are dirty.

Special cleaning for thin, silk, delicate rugs
(done by hand --dry cleaning) $2.00 per Sq. Ft. 
 * Urine problems need special care that takes time.  Rugs need to be done in the shop
