***To meet our minimum, you can add a small area rug or piece of furniture to make the minimum ---a better value for you, if you only have a small area to clean.

 Carpets cleaned without furniture   .30 cents per sq.ft. (depends on type of carpeting and how dirty)

Carpets cleaned with furniture: .35 cents per sq. ft. 

Wool carpeting: .40 sq. ft. to .45  depends on how soft/delicate wool fibers are

Thick, shag carpeting:  .40

Restoration of carpeting: (very dirty carpets) : .40 to .50 cents per sq. ft.

 

Moving furniture:    We charge a fee for moving furniture, $10.00 per room for small items; $20.00 per room if we move beds.  Very large items, pianos, very large sectionals, large hutch's, heavy king size beds-- $40.00 per item.  We use sliders that make it easy to move back and forth.  Since carpet is dry immediately, large items can be moved back after cleaned.  Moving furniture, especially beds, is tremendously benefical as it removes mite and dust particles leaving a better cleaning/allergy proofing of your home.  We have had many asthma and allegery sensitive customers feel great improvement in breathing at night when cleaning under their beds and dressers. (We also dust the baseboards, back of bed head boards, and back of dressers when moving furniture.)  check out our daimer steam vapor for allergy proofing entire rooms.  

Stairs: are priced at   $5.00 per stair 

Open type Stairs $6.00    Need Special cloth covering application underneath stairs

Carpet edges:  Often due to air flow, edges get very dark due to dust or dirt on light colored carpeting.  (Carpet edges are automatically cleaned along with our regular carpet cleaning pricing, however, sometimes the edges need to be cleaned more throughly due to certain issues.) We provide a special edge cleaning service charging $1.00 a ft. for cleaning edges.  

    Got Pet problems:

***  We cannot guarantee results if urine is down in pad, baseboards or walls.  Host is a dry cleaning method that works great to remove urine from the top of the carpeting. A  enzyme product and deodorizer is used to eat up urine/odor.  Then absorbed with Host dry carpet cleaning. Works great but does take some time. 

      *****Most urine can be removed easily if smaller animal has wet once or twice in an area; but, if urine has penetrated baseboards, floor boards, or down in pad.   The job becomes problematic requiring further cleaning/repair needs, such as: high power steam cleaning using chemicals, removal of the pad, and/or cleaning the back of carpeting, removing subfloor, painting cement or subfloor.   

Upholstery, Leather, Mattresses,  and all hard surfaces

Pillows or pads for stools are $5.00 to $15.00

Dining chairs with back pad and seat are $20.00 to $30.00 per chair

Sectional couch:  $200.00 to $450 (depending on size and amount of pillows)

Leather cleaning and/or conditioning also available.   WORKS GREAT!!! 

Removing/shaving fabric balls, waxing wood,  is also available with an extra cost.

Mattress cleaning             price depends on certain factors, 
  sanitation service mites/dust -steam vapor/vacuuming;  dry foam surface cleaning----dry within a hour  

Daimer Steam vapor cleaning for entire home.  Allergy proof/sanitize your entire rooms.  We charge per hour.  Starting at $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. Prices vary -- depends on if area is furnished or not. Areas can be cleaned much fasted then regular spring cleaning.  So worth it!! 

Bedbug infestation, also can be done.  Prices depend on circumstances.               

Stone Tile

Notice: We do not strip or wax stone tile or restore other hardwood floors. 

We specialize in cleaning tile or natural stone including the grout without all that water that can splash against walls, break down the grout or seap into small cracks that may cause further damage.

Natural Stone $1.00 square foot

Stone/ceramic tile per Sq. ft. is $.75 per sq. ft. to $1.00 per sq.ft. depending on dirt, and build up

Areas around toilet. or under cabinets are $2.50 per Sq. Ft.

Area Rugs/Oriental rugs

     Area/orientals can be done in your home and ready immediately for use; we can pick up rugs or you can drop off at home office. 
Area rugs/oriental that are done by machines  (dry cleaning) $1.00 per Sq. Ft. per side
($.50 per Sq.ft. back of rug)    ***Rugs with fringe may be an extra cost if they are dirty.

Special cleaning for thin, silk, delicate rugs
(done by hand --dry cleaning) $2.00 per Sq. Ft. per side
 *** Urine problems that need special care may need to be taken to be cleaned throughly our shop.  Delivery will be an extra charge or customer can pick up  cleaned rug at home office later.
